Key Duties主要职责

• Design, install, configure, and maintain internal network equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and related infrastructure.设计、安装、配置并维护内部网络设备，包括路由器、交换机、防火墙、无线接入点及相关基础设施。
• Configure and maintain network connectivity for industrial equipment, automation-related devices, and controllers using standard networking technologies such as TCP/IP, VLAN, and VPN.使用 TCP/IP、VLAN、VPN 等标准网络技术，为工业设备、自动化相关设备及控制器配置并维护网络连接。
• Support troubleshooting, connectivity validation, and system integration for network-connected equipment and backend systems during installation, deployment, and maintenance activities.在安装、部署与维护过程中，为联网设备及后端系统提供故障排查、连接验证与系统集成支持。
• Configure and maintain Windows and/or Linux servers, virtualized environments, backup systems, and data storage solutions.配置并维护 Windows 和/或 Linux 服务器、虚拟化环境、备份系统及数据存储方案。
• Monitor network and system performance, establish performance baselines, generate routine reports, and respond to operational or connectivity issues in a timely manner.监控网络与系统性能，建立性能基线，生成常规报告，并及时响应运营或连接问题。
• Assist in implementing secure remote access and remote diagnostic solutions, including VPN and log collection systems.协助实施安全远程访问与远程诊断方案，包括 VPN 与日志采集系统。
• Maintain technical documentation including network diagrams, configuration records, maintenance logs, and change tracking documentation.维护技术文档，包括网络拓扑图、配置记录、维护日志及变更跟踪文档。
• Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network-related issues.为员工提供硬件、软件及网络相关问题的技术支持。
• Support testing, deployment, and validation of new equipment and systems, including occasional evening or weekend work when required for maintenance or project deployment.支持新设备与系统的测试、部署与验证；维护或项目部署需要时，偶尔安排晚间或周末工作。

Requirements (Mandatory)任职要求（必须）

• College diploma or higher in Computer Systems Technology, Network Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.计算机系统技术、网络工程、信息技术或相关领域的大专文凭或更高学历。
• Minimum two (2) years of full-time experience in network support or network technician roles.至少两年（2年）网络支持或网络技术员全职工作经验。
• Demonstrated hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting multi-vendor network equipment in business or industrial environments.具备在商业或工业环境中配置与排查多厂商网络设备的实践经验。
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, DHCP, DNS, routing, and switching concepts.深入理解 TCP/IP、VLAN、VPN、DHCP、DNS、路由与交换概念。
• Experience administering Windows or Linux servers and virtualized environments.具备 Windows 或 Linux 服务器及虚拟化环境管理经验。
• Ability to read technical documentation and communicate technical information clearly to non-technical staff.能够阅读技术文档，并向非技术人员清晰传达技术信息。
• Ability to manage multiple support tasks and respond to operational issues in a time-sensitive environment.能够在时间敏感环境中管理多项支持任务并响应运营问题。
• Ability to work safely in industrial or workshop environments and provide occasional after-hours support when required.能够在工业或车间环境中安全作业，并在需要时提供偶尔的非工作时间支持。
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.具备出色的沟通、团队协作与问题解决能力。

Assets (Preferred)优先条件

• Experience with industrial automation, PLCs, Modbus, EtherNet/IP, or warehouse-related systems.工业自动化、PLC、Modbus、EtherNet/IP 或仓储相关系统经验。
• Experience with remote monitoring, system logging, or diagnostic tools.远程监控、系统日志或诊断工具经验。
